Could you introduce yourself and Eyecon to our readers?
"My name is Fabienne Bourgaize, and I’m the Key Account and Marketing Manager at Eyecon. I have worked here for just over four years. I am responsible for looking after some of our key clients and ensuring they have everything they need to launch and promote our games.
I also look after the marketing for Eyecon, which involves a vast range of duties, from arranging all our in-house events and merchandise to creating online marketing material, assets and PR for our games.
Eyecon was launched in 1997 in Australia. Since switching our focus to online slots in 1999, we have created some of the biggest bingo slots on the market, including Fluffy Favourites, Temple of Iris and Shamans Dream. We have a proven track record of making games that players love!
Since our acquisition by Playtech in 2017, we have grown exponentially, now boasting a diverse portfolio of over 100 titles and a comprehensive suite of engagement tools designed to elevate the player experience across all our games. Our commitment to innovation and progress drives us to constantly seek new ways to enhance our offerings for players and operators.

"One of the most remarkable aspects of being part of the Eyecon team is the vibrant and inclusive work environment it cultivates. I consider myself extremely fortunate to be employed by a company that places high regard on its employees and encourages us to exercise autonomy in decision-making, all while receiving unwavering support from both our managers and the organisation as a whole."
How do you manage to maintain your top position in such a competitive industry?
"We have an incredibly dedicated and hardworking team. Our team of game developers are always looking at exciting new features we can add to our games, and our account managers work hard to build great relationships with our customers.
This allows us to work very closely with all of our operators, collaborating with each of them to create bespoke promotions, initiatives, product enhancements and game launch exclusives to suit their individual needs. This all comes together to keep us at the top of the industry."
We must ask you about one of the most iconic slots in your portfolio – Fluffy Favourites. Why do you think it’s still #1 after years of its release?
"Fluffy Favourites has proven to be an exceptional triumph for our company, serving as a flagship game that has captivated players. Its tremendous appeal stems from the game's inherent charm and endearing characters, showcased through a friendly design that resonates with a wide audience.
In a market flooded with complex slots, Fluffy Favourites stands out with its refreshing simplicity, evoking a sense of familiarity that, combined with enjoyable gameplay, entices players to return time and again."
SlotsWise loves the Enchanted Prince 2 slot. Was it challenging to develop a sequel to a hugely popular game?
"I think it will always be challenging to make a sequel, especially to such a popular game. We decided to try and keep it true to the original but revamp the graphics to bring them up to modern art standards.
We knew that we wanted to add an extra feature that would distinguish this game from its predecessor without losing the charm and fun of the original. We came up with the Hopping Wild Feature that sees random multipliers being awarded by our main frog character as he hops across the reels. I think the resulting game is one that fans of the original, as well as players new to Eyecon games, will love."
What should players know about Wild Koi? Why is this slot worth giving a try?
"Wild Koi is another great addition to our range of games. It looks great and has a few different features, including Wild Substitutes that triple prizes when in a winning line and an expanding Gold Koi symbol during Free Games, which expands to cover the whole reel when in a winning line."
Your website announces a new game titled Champions of Poseidon. What can you tell us about its gameplay and features?
"Champions of Poseidon is our latest slot, and we’re really excited about it. In terms of gameplay, it’s a 5x3 slot with 25 paylines. It has a mystical underwater theme that compliments Poseidon being the main character.
It also has some exciting features that we think players are going to love, such as Free Games that can be retriggered up to 15 times, as well as our Trident Feature, which converts anywhere from 3 to 7 random symbols into Wild symbols that substitute for all symbols (except Clam and Trident symbols) in winning lines."
If you could choose one, what would you say is your favourite Eyecon slot being released so far?
I would have to say Fluffy Favourites Remastered. I loved seeing our best-performing game being recreated in full high definition with modern graphics.
The main feature that makes this game my favourite is the added functionality of changing the theme to match different times of the year, such as Halloween, Christmas and St. Patricks Day. Keeping the game on theme seasonally makes it enjoyable and relevant all year round and allows operators to include one of the highest-performing slots on the market in all their seasonal promotions."
What else are we going to see from Eyecon in the upcoming months?
"We’ve made a ground-breaking deal with DWG to licence the use of their LuckyTapTM mechanic. This exciting deal sees Eyecon become the first external games studio to be able to create LuckyTapTM games, and of course, our first LuckyTapTM game had to be Fluffy Favourites LuckyTapTM!
LuckyTapTM is taking the market by storm, so we cannot wait for this pairing of two giant brands. After this, we have many more LuckyTapTM games planned and even more exciting slots, so watch this space!"
